足首ねんざ｜2センチの段差でひねった

自宅の段差（2センチ）で足を捻り

痛みを感じたが歩けたので放っておいたら

夜になってきて痛みと腫れが酷くなり

歩けない状態に、翌朝一番で

来院されました。

程度は軽症と判断したのですが

ご高齢の為、痛みを全部取らずに

翌日も来ていただくことにしました。

最近は身体の治癒能力と反応を診るように

心がけております
